కాబట్టి యవలకోతయు గోధుమలకోతయు ముగియువరకు ఆమె యేరుకొనుచు బోయజు పనికత్తెల యొద్ద నిలకడగానుండి తన అత్త యింట నివసించెను.

So Ruth stayed close to the servant girls of Boaz to glean until the barley and wheat harvests were finished. And she lived with her mother-in-law.

அப்படியே கோதுமை அறுப்பும் வாற்கோதுமை அறுப்பும் தீருமட்டும் அவள் கதிர் பொறுக்கும்படிக்கு, போவாசுடைய வேலைக்காரிகளோடே கூடியிருந்து, தன் மாமியினிடத்தில் தங்கினாள்.

അങ്ങനെ അവള്‍ യവക്കൊയ്ത്തും കോതമ്പുകൊയ്ത്തും തീരുവോളം പെറുക്കുവാന്‍ ബോവസിന്റെ ബാല്യക്കാരത്തികളോടു ചേര്‍ന്നിരിക്കയും അമ്മാവിയമ്മയോടുകൂടെ പാര്‍ക്കയും ചെയ്തു.

ಹೀಗೆ ಅವಳು ತನ್ನ ಅತ್ತೆಯ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಜವೆಗೋಧಿಯ ಸುಗ್ಗಿಯು ತೀರುವ ವರೆಗೆ ಹಕ್ಕಲಾದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವದ ಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಬೋವಜನ ದಾಸಿಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಕೂಡಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಳು.
