అందుకే దీని చేయవలెను. యెహోషువ ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్లు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు చేసిరి. యెహోవా యెహోషువతో చెప్పినట్లు వారు ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల గోత్రముల లెక్కచొప్పున యొర్దాను నడుమనుండి పండ్రెండు రాళ్లను తీసి తాము బసచేసిన చోటికి తెచ్చి అక్కడ నిలువబెట్టిరి.

So the Israelites did as Joshua commanded them. They took twelve stones from the middle of the Jordan, according to the number of the tribes of the Israelites, as the LORD had told Joshua; and they carried them over with them to their camp, where they put them down.

ಆಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಯೆಹೋಶುವನು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು; ಕರ್ತನು ಯೆಹೋಶುವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇಸ್ರಾ ಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳ ಲೆಕ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಯೊರ್ದನಿನ ಮಧ್ಯದಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ತಂದು ತಾವು ಇಳಿದುಕೊಂಡ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ದರು.

And the children of Israel did so as Joshua commanded, and took up twelve stones out of the midst of the Jordan, as the LORD spoke unto Joshua, according to the number of the tribes of the children of Israel, and carried them over with them unto the place where they lodged, and laid them down there.
