కాబట్టి నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా తానే దహించు అగ్నివలె నీ ముందర దాటి పోవుచున్నాడని నేడు నీవు తెలిసికొ నుము. ఆయన వారిని నశింపజేసి నీ యెదుట వారిని కూలద్రోయును. యెహోవా నీతో చెప్పినట్లు నీవు వారిని వెళ్లగొట్టి వేగమే వారిని నశింపజేసెదవు.

എന്നാല് നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ദഹിപ്പിക്കുന്ന അഗ്നിയായി നിനക്കു മുമ്പില് കടന്നുപോകുന്നു എന്നു നീ ഇന്നു അറിഞ്ഞുകൊള്ക. അവന് അവരെ നശിപ്പിക്കയും നിന്റെ മുമ്പില് താഴ്ത്തുകയും ചെയ്യും; അങ്ങനെ യഹോവ നിന്നോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതുപോലെ നീ അവരെ നീക്കിക്കളകയും ക്ഷണത്തില് നശിപ്പിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

ಹೀಗಿರುವದರಿಂದ ನೀನು ಈಹೊತ್ತು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವ ರಾದ ಕರ್ತನೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ದಾಟಿಹೋಗುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಆತನು ದಹಿಸುವ ಅಗ್ನಿಯಾಗಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡು ವನು; ಆತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ತಗ್ಗಿಸುವನು; ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬೇಗ ನಾಶಮಾಡುವಿ.

Understand therefore this day that the LORD thy God is He who goeth over before thee as a consuming fire. He shall destroy them, and He shall bring them down before thy face: so shalt thou drive them out and destroy them quickly, as the LORD hath said unto thee.
