మీరు ఉపవాసము చేయునప్పుడు వేషధారులవలె దుఃఖముఖులై యుండకుడి; తాము ఉపవాసము చేయుచున్నట్టు మనుష్యులకు కనబడవలెనని వారు తమ ముఖములను వికారము చేసికొందురు; వారు తమ ఫలము పొంది యున్నారని నిశ్చయముగా మీతో చెప్పుచున్నాను.
