నాదాబు అబీహులు సీనాయి అరణ్యమందు యెహోవా సన్నిధిని అన్యాగ్ని నర్పించినందున వారు యెహోవా సన్నిధిని చనిపోయిరి. వారికి కుమారులు కలుగలేదు గనుక ఎలియాజరు ఈతామారును తమ తండ్రి యైన అహరోను ఎదుట యాజక సేవచేసిరి.

naadaabu abeehulu seenaayi aranyamandu yehovaa sannidhini anyaagni narpinchinanduna vaaru yehovaa sannidhini chanipoyiri. Vaariki kumaarulu kalugaledu ganuka eliyaajaru eethaa maarunu thama thandri yaina aharonu eduta yaajaka sevachesiri.

Nadab and Abihu, however, fell dead before the LORD when they made an offering with unauthorised fire before him in the Desert of Sinai. They had no sons; so only Eleazar and Ithamar served as priests during the lifetime of their father Aaron.

नादाब और अबीहू जिस समय सीनै के जंगल में यहोवा के सम्मुख ऊपरी आग ले गए उसी समय यहोवा के साम्हने मर गए थे; और वे पुत्राहीन भी थे। एलीआजर और ईतामार अपने पिता हारून के साम्हने याजक का काम करते रहे।।

நாதாபும் அபியூவும் சீனாய் வனாந்தரத்தில் அந்நிய அக்கினியைக் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் கொண்டுவந்தபோது, கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் மரித்துப்போனார்கள்; அவர்களுக்குப் பிள்ளைகள் இல்லை; எலெயாசாரும் இத்தாமாருமே தங்கள் தகப்பனாகிய ஆரோனுக்கு முன்பாக ஆசாரிய ஊழியம் செய்தார்கள்;

എന്നാല്‍ നാദാബും അബീഹൂവും സീനായിമരുഭൂമിയില്‍വെച്ചു യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില്‍ അന്യാഗ്നി കത്തിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയില്‍വെച്ചു മരിച്ചുപോയി; അവര്‍ക്കും മക്കള്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല; എലെയാസാരും ഈഥാമാരും അപ്പനായ അഹരോന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ പുരോഹിത ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്തുപോന്നു.

ನಾದಾಬನೂ ಅಬೀಹೂ ಕರ್ತನ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ಯಬೆಂಕಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದಾಗ ಸೀನಾಯಿ ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಸತ್ತರು. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಹೀಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾಜಾ ರನು ಈತಾಮಾರನು ತಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಆರೋನನ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾಜಕೋದ್ಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು.

And Nadab and Abihu died before the LORD when they offered strange fire before the LORD in the Wilderness of Sinai; and they had no children. And Eleazar and Ithamar ministered in the priests office in the sight of Aaron their father.
