ఒకని దాయాది కాల్చబోవు వానితోకూడ ఎముకలను ఇంటిలోనుండి బయటికి కొనిపోవుటకై శవమును ఎత్తినప్పుడు ఇంటి వెనుకటి భాగమున ఒకనిచూచి యింటిలో మరి ఎవరైన మిగిలియున్నారా? యని అడుగగా అతడుఇంకెవరును లేరనును; అంతట దాయా దిట్లనునునీవిక నేమియు పలుకక ఊరకుండుము, యెహోవానామము స్మరించకూడదు;

और जब किसी का चचा, जो उसका जलानेवाला हो, उसकी हडि्डयों को घर के निकालने के लिये उठाएगा, और जो घर के कोने में हो उस से कहेगा, क्या तेरे पास कोई और है? तब वह कहेगा, कोई नहीं; तब वह कहेगा, चुप रहे! हमें यहोवा का नाम नहीं लेना चाहिए।।

அவர்களுடைய இனத்தானாவது பிரேதத்தைத் தகிக்கிறவனாவது எலும்புகளை வீட்டிலிருந்து வெளியே கொண்டுபோகும்படிக்கு, அவைகளை எடுத்து, வீட்டின் உட்புறத்திலே இருக்கிறவனை நோக்கி: உன்னிடத்தில் இன்னும் யாராயினும் உண்டோ என்று கேட்பான், அவன் இல்லையென்பான்; அப்பொழுது இவன்: நீ மௌனமாயிரு; கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தைச் சொல்லலாகாது என்பான்.

ഒരു മനുഷ്യന്റെ ചാര്ച്ചക്കാരന് , അവനെ ദഹിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടുന്നവന് തന്നേ, അവന്റെ അസ്ഥികളെ വീട്ടില്നിന്നു നീക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവനെ ചുമന്നുകൊണ്ടു പോകുമ്പോള് അവന് വീട്ടിന്റെ അകത്തെ മൂലയില് ഇരിക്കുന്നവനോടുനിന്റെ അടുക്കല് ഇനി വല്ലവരും ഉണ്ടോ? എന്നു ചോദിക്കുന്നതിന്നു അവന് ആരുമില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞാല് അവന് യഹോവയുടെ നാമത്തെ കീര്ത്തിച്ചുകൂടായ്കയാല് നീ മിണ്ടാതിരിക്ക എന്നു പറയും.

ಒಬ್ಬ ನೆಂಟನೂ ಅವನನ್ನು ಸುಡುವವನೂ ಮನೆಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಅವನ ಎಲುಬುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವ ನನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಾಗ ಮನೆಯ ಒಳಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ವರಿಗೆ--ಇನ್ನೂ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾರೆಯೇ? ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವನು; ಆಗ ಅವನು--ಯಾರೂ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದರೆ ಇವನು--ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರು, ನಾವು ಕರ್ತನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದೆಂದು ಹೇಳುವನು.

And a mans kinsman shall take him up, and he that burneth him, to bring the bones out of the house, and shall say unto him that is by the side of the house, "Is there yet any with thee?" And he shall say, "No." Then shall he say, "Hold thy tongue, for we may not make mention of the name of the LORD."
