ఈ ఆజ్ఞ జాగరూకులగు దేవదూతల ప్రకటన ననుసరించి జరుగును, నిర్ణయమైన పరిశుద్ధుల ప్రకటన ననుసరించి సంభవించును. మహోన్నతుడగు దేవుడు మానవుల రాజ్యముపైని అధికారియైయుండి, తానెవరికి అనుగ్రహింప నిచ్ఛయించునో వారికనుగ్రహించుననియు, ఆ యా రాజ్యము పైన అత్యల్ప మనుష్యులను ఆయన నియమించుచున్నాడనియు మనుష్యులందరు తెలిసికొనునట్లు ఈలాగు జరుగును.

உன்னதமானவர் மனுஷருடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் ஆளுகைசெய்து தமக்குச் சித்தமானவனுக்கு அதைக் கொடுத்து, மனுஷரில் தாழ்ந்தவனையும் அதின்மேல் அதிகாரியாக்குகிறார் என்று நரஜீவன்கள் அறியும்படிக்குக் காவலாளரின் தீர்ப்பினால் இந்தக் காரியமும் பரிசுத்தவான்களின் மொழியினால் இந்த விசாரணையும் தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டது என்றான்.

അത്യുന്നതനായവന് മനുഷ്യരുടെ രാജത്വത്തിന്മേല് വാഴുകയും അതിനെ തനിക്കു ബോധിച്ചവന്നു കൊടുക്കയും മനുഷ്യരില് അധമനായവനെ അതിന്മേല് വാഴിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്നു ജീവനോടിരിക്കുന്നവര് അറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു ഈ വിധി ദൂതന്മാരുടെ നിര്ണ്ണയവും കാര്യം വിശുദ്ധന്മാരുടെ കല്പനയും ആകുന്നു.

ಈ ವಿಷಯವು ಪಾಲಕರ ಕಟ್ಟಡದಿಂದಲೂ ಈ ಸಂಗತಿಯು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರ ಮಾತಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು; ಮಹೋ ನ್ನತನು ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಳುತ್ತಾನೆಂದೂ ತನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾದವರಿಗೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆಂದೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಚರಾದವರನ್ನು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ನೇಮಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆಂದೂ ಜೀವಂತರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಬೇಕೆಂದೇ ಸಾರಿದನು.

This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones, with the intent that the living may know that the Most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever He will, and setteth up over it the basest of men."
