పాదములును వ్రేళ్లును కొంతమట్టునకు కుమ్మరి మట్టిదిగాను కొంతమట్టునకు ఇనుపది గానున్నట్టు తమరికి కనబడెను గనుక ఆ రాజ్యములో భేదములుండును. అయితే ఇనుము బురదతో కలిసియున్నట్టు కనబడెను గనుక ఆ రాజ్యములో ఆలాగుననుండును, ఆ రాజ్యము ఇనుమువంటి బలముగలదై యుండును.

കാലും കാല് വിരലും പാതി കളിമണ്ണും പാതി ഇരുമ്പുംകൊണ്ടുള്ളതായി കണ്ടതിന്റെ താല്പര്യമോഅതു ഒരു ഭിന്നരാജത്വം ആയിരിക്കും; എങ്കിലും ഇരിമ്പും കളിമണ്ണും ഇടകലര്ന്നതായി കണ്ടതുപോലെ അതില് ഇരിമ്പിന്നുള്ള ബലം കുറെ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും.

ನೀನು ಪಾದಗ ಳನ್ನೂ ಕಾಲಿನ ಬೆರಳುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅರ್ಧ ಕುಂಬಾರನ ಮಣ್ಣಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಅರ್ಧ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದಿಂದಲೂ ಉಂಟಾದ ವೆಂದು ನೀನು ನೋಡಿದೆಯಲ್ಲಾ? ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಆ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ವಿಭಾಗಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವದು; ಆದರೆ ನೀನು ಜೇಡಿ ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ಸಂಗಡ ಕಲಸಿದ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಬಲವು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿರುವದು.
