ఎవనినైనను బాధపెట్టకయు, తాకట్టు ఉంచుకొనకయు, బలాత్కారముచేత నష్టపరచకయు, ఆకలి గలవానికి ఆహారమిచ్చి దిగంబరికి బట్టయిచ్చి

He does not oppress anyone or require a pledge for a loan. He does not commit robbery, but gives his food to the hungry and provides clothing for the naked.

न किसी पर अन्धेर किया हो, न कुछ बन्धक लिया हो, न किसी को लूटा हो, वरन अपनी रोटी भूखे को दी हो, नंगे को कपड़ा ओढ़ाया हो,

ஒருவனையும் ஒடுக்காமலும், அடைமானத்தை வைத்துக்கொண்டிராமலும், கொள்ளையிடாமலும், தன் அப்பத்தைப் பசித்தவனுக்குப் பங்கிட்டு, வஸ்திரமில்லாதவனுக்கு வஸ்திரந்தரிப்பித்து,

ആരോടെങ്കിലും അന്യായം ചെയ്ക, പണയം കൈവശം വെച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്ക, പിടിച്ചുപറിക്ക, എന്നീവകയൊന്നും ചെയ്യാതെ വിശപ്പുള്ളവന്നു അപ്പം കൊടുക്കയും നഗ്നനെ ഉടുപ്പിക്കയും

ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ತೊಂದರೆಪಡಿಸದೆ, ಒತ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಯದೆ, ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಹಿಂಸೆಯಿಂದ ಸುಲಿಗೆ ಮಾಡದೆ, ಹಸಿದವನಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಬೆತ್ತಲೆಯಾದವನಿಗೆ ವಸ್ತ್ರ ವನ್ನು ಹೊದಿಸಿ,
